Analysis and Performance Assessment of a Real-Time Correction Pseudo-Correlation Microwave Radiometer for Medical Applications

چکیده
A new configuration of a pseudo-correlation type radiometer is proposed for microwave biomedical application, such as diabetic foot neuropathy. The approach well its simulated performance are thoroughly assessed using commercial off-the-shelf components and custom designed subsystems. We configured receiver, centred at 3.5 GHz, to validate the proposal, comparing response with measured alternative based on 90∘ hybrid coupler prototype. balanced Wilkinson power divider 180∘ fulfil receiver’s requirements. demonstrated an improved noise temperature response. main advantage enable recalibration receiver through simultaneous measurable output signals, proportional each input signal, correlated between them.
